Intel goes public with plans for Hillsboro expansion
Intel quieted the rumor mill on Tuesday with an official announcement that the company will bill a new fabrication facility in Hillsboro. The construction project along with upgrades at existing plants in Oregon and Arizona will create between 6,000 and 8,000 construction jobs.
