The Wattles Boys & Girls Club in Portland is getting an interior renovation and a 3,000-square-foot addition. When work wraps up in about a month, the building at the corner of Southeast 92nd Avenue and Harold Street will have a new weight room, dance studio, yoga room and maintenance facility.

Modular housing project a first for Portland

A Lents neighborhood project would be Portland's first use of modular construction in multifamily affordable housing. The Portland Housing Bureau on Tuesday announced a $922,000 grant to the Holgate House project, which will provide nine units in the 9600 block of Southeast Holgate Boulevard.
