PCC Sylvania bond projects slowed by public involvement, lack of space

At Portland Community College’s Sylvania campus, $52 million in bond money is going toward projects, but less than 10 percent of work is completed. Crews are tentatively aiming to to finish work in 2015, but work is going slowly because everyone who has a stake in the projects - from students to employees - are being given the chance to give their input.
