Tonkon Torp renovates downtown offices
Renovations are under way at the law offices of Tonkon Torp LLC in downtown Portland. Three floors of the Pioneer Tower at 888 S.W. Fifth Ave. are in the middle of a remodel to create community spaces, conference rooms, offices, work stations and employee lounges.
