Wilsonville wants new urban renewal area – around one building

Wilsonville veterinary clinic doubles space in upgrade

A two-phase tenant improvement project will eventually double the space for a Wilsonville veterinary clinic. The Animal Care Clinic at 29020 Town Center Loop E. will have more than 3,800 square feet of space for a reception area, clinic rooms, a surgery room and offices.

Fred Meyer sets opening date for Wilsonville

Gramor Development announced that Fred Meyer will open its 145,000-square-foot store in late July at a new 19-acre, $70 million development in Wilsonville known as Wilsonville Old Town Square.
