Located at 4206 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., the project consists of a 48,660-square-foot, five-story mixed-use apartment building with ground-floor tenant space. It is four stories of wood-frame construction over ground-floor concrete podium, building construction type 5A, IA with on-site parking for 16 cars. The residential portion of the building will consist of 40 housing units (one- and two-bedroom spaces with one bath and studios) and also support spaces for residential use including entry lobby, community rooms, laundry rooms and a trash room.

A 20,000-gallon cistern will be included at the basement level to collect roof rainwater for reuse to flush toilets. The target is for the project to be LEED gold.

The building will provide long-term, clean-and-sober housing for people in alcohol and drug abuse recovery. The ground-floor tenant is the Miracles Club, a community service organization providing meeting space for people in alcohol and drug abuse recovery.

Construction will start in August and is scheduled to be completed by August 2010.
