Bid Date – July 30, 2009, 2:00p.m.
The project consists of the addition of three ceramic-faced shower rooms and a bathroom in an existing storage area. Remodel work includes framing, sheetrock, painting, ceramic tile, miscellaneous plumbing fixtures, mechanical and electrical work, and installation of a 4-inch backflow device on the domestic water supply to the building.

The project is for public improvement and is subject to the prevailing wage requirements. Contractor licensing under ORS 468.A.720 for asbestos abatement is not a requirement.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10 a.m on Wednesday at the fire station, located at 175 N.E. First Street, McMinnville, Oregon.

Any quotes received by contractors not attending the pre-bid meeting will be considered non-responsive.
Estimated cost for the project is $75,000.
