Creekside Woods is an independent senior living residential building that will be located at 7825 S.W. Wilsonville Road in Wilsonville. The project requires the construction of 84 units of affordable senior housing.

Work consists of demolising an existing site, a retaining wall and related infrastructure. New construction will include site work, landscaping, foundation, exterior walls, roofs, partitions, ceilings, doors, interior finishes, case work and related plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. The project is scheduled to begin construction in August 2009 and be completed in May 2010.
