This project was originally out for bid this past spring and is now being rebid by another general contractor.

The project consists of a new 30,000-square-foot, I-2 occupancy, Type II-B construction, fully sprinkled, residential care facility with Alzheimer鈥檚 endorsement. Work will take place at the corner of Table Rock Road and Midway Street, at 556 Midway Road in Medford.

Work includes CIP concrete, CMU, metal fabrication, rough carpentry, wood trusses, insulation, metal roofing, asphalt roofing, cement board siding, HM doors and frames, wood doors and frames, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpet, painting, HVAC, fire detection and electrical systems, and other work.

The total direct construction budget is $5 million. Work will commence on Dec. 1 and must be fully completed by Oct. 1, 2011.
