Big Bend Community College is southeast of the city of Moses Lake, Wash. It sits on the site of the former Larson Air Force Base, on a 159-acre tract of land that the college purchased in 1966.

The project consists of remodeling the auditorium, and work includes the demolition of the existing stage, wall, floor and ceiling surfaces for space for new offices. Work also includes installation of new stud-framed partitions, lighting, finishes, electrical, mechanical, exterior concrete paving, lawn repair, exterior painting, and other work. Ceiling and wall finishes contain asbestos material, which will be removed under this contract.

A non-mandatory walk-through will be held on Sept. 9. The estimated cost is $220,000 to $260,000.
