Walla Walla General Hospital, at 1025 South Second Ave. in Walla Walla, Wash., was founded in 1899 by Dr. Isaac Dunlap. Today the licensed, 72-bed, acute-care hospital is part of a nonprofit integrated health care system. An active medical staff of 100 physicians, nurses, caregivers and support staff work at the hospital.

The project consists of a tenant improvement to the cath lab and physical therapy departments. Work includes selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, casework, solid surfacing, roof patch, firestopping, caulk, doors and hardware, glazing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, paint, wall covering, marker and tack boards, radiation protection, plumbing, fire sprinklers, HVAC, electrical, and other work.

The project’s estimated cost is $400,000.
