The project consists of a request for proposals for on-call professional painting contractors to provide interior and exterior painting services, including periodic maintenance, new construction and remodeling projects for a total of 86 buildings and a number of related grounds facilities. The buildings include different types, including wood, masonry and metal-sided; they are up to four stories in height and are located in Oregon City and at other sites.

In the interest of maintaining quality and consistency, the owner will be responsible for the procurement of paint and surface-coating materials. Also, the contractor will be responsible for assisting with product specification and procurement coordination, including picking up materials from local suppliers.

Employees, agents and subcontractors of the contractor will be required to pass a national fingerprint and criminal background screening.
