Bid Date/Time: Sept. 30, 2009, 2 p.m.
The project consists of a core, shell and finishes bid package for the high school, junior high school and grade school additions in Dayton.

Work includes demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, wood and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, conveying equipment, exterior improvements and other work.

Pre-qualification of bidders is not required. However, the owner reserves the right to conduct an investigation, either before or after the bid opening, to determine if a bidder is qualified.

The contract will be awarded based on what is best for the project, and not necessarily to the low bid.
