The interior and the exterior of the Triangle Point Building in Tigard is undergoing a renovation. On the inside, the lobby and first-floor restrooms of the four-story office building at 13333 S.W. 68th Parkway are getting an upgrade, and a new elevator is being installed. A new glass vestibule is being constructed outside, and new landscaping is being planted. S.D. Deacon Corp. of Oregon is the general contractor and Group Mackenzie is the architect for the project, which should be completed by mid-fall.

Two dentists will be moving into the Irvington Professional Building in Northeast Portland this fall. An unoccupied 1,900-square-foot building at 2525 N.E. Broadway St. is getting an extensive remodel as well as a 2,500-square-foot addition to become dental offices. Gladstone general contractor BnK Construction is building the project from a design by G.A. Miller Architecture.

The Scappoose fire station is much sturdier now that a 100-percent seismic upgrade is nearly finished. The brick building at 52751 Columbia River Highway has a new shear wall, reinforced existing shear walls, a strengthened roof, floor connections and anchored equipment and utility lines. The project’s construction team includes general contractor Brockamp & Jaeger Inc., designer Office of Architecture and engineer Roggenkamp Erickson & Associates PC.
