The Benton County Fairgrounds, at 110 S.W. 53rd St. in Corvallis, is the site for many events, including the Benton County Fair & Rodeo.

This project originally went to bid on Aug. 26. However, according to the county, there were some inconsistencies and possible disqualifications, so none of the bids were accepted.

The proposed work for the project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for re-siding, replacing all doors and windows, adding new doors and windows, and remounting existing light fixtures on the arena. CSI divisions include existing conditions, concrete, wood/plastics/composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, electrical, and earthwork.

A mandatory pre-bid walk-through will be held Oct. 7 at 10 a.m. at the site. All work shall be completed by Dec. 15.
