The project consists of general remodeling of the Safeway store at 3707 Main St. in Vancouver, Wash.

Work consists of construction and demolition, plumbing, automatic fire sprinkler, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical along with the new Lifestyle interior decor. CSI divisions include site work, concrete, metals, wood and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, conveying systems, mechanical, electrical, fixtures and equipment, and fixture installation.

Safeway has approved general contractors, electrical contractors and roofing contractors. Only bids from those approved companies will be considered.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the site.

Construction is scheduled to start Feb. 15, 2010. The grand opening is planned for April 14, 2010.
