The Health Sciences complex at Chemeketa Community College will provide additional training space for students in nursing, dental hygiene and pharmacy technology programs.

The site is 4000 Lancaster Drive N.E. in Salem. The project consists of demolition, structural excavation and grading, structural concrete and reinforcement, structural steel, waterproofing, fire protection, plumbing/HVAC and electrical.

There will be several packages following Bid Package No. 4 that will incorporate the exterior skin and tenant improvements for the new structure, and future renovations in Building 8.

A mandatory pre-bid site walk will be held Nov. 11 at 2 p.m. The project scope will be discussed further at that time.
