The project consists of tenant improvements to an existing space in order to convert it to a PETCO store.

Fish Gallery & Pets previously occupied the space at 26209 104th Ave. S.E. in Kent, Wash.

Work includes demolition work, cast-in-place concrete, concrete floor preparation, concrete unit masonry, cold-formed metal framing, metal fabrications, rough and finish carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, special wall surfaces, PETCO-furnished and contractor-provided items, exterior signage, mechanical and electrical (including an energy management system).

Construction is scheduled to begin Dec. 7 and require 79 calendar days, with completion anticipated for March 5, 2010.
