The restoration includes repairing sinkholes and failed pavement areas, pre-leveling uneven pavement areas, installing a geotextile engineered paving mat and associated tack coat, taper grinding, and adding an asphaltic concrete overlay. Water-valve boxes will be adjusted as required.

After bidders submit complete contractor prequalification applications, the owner will investigate and determine bidders’ qualifications as part of the evaluation process.

The work will be substantially completed within 60 days after the date when the contract times commence to run.
