Travis Alexander one of the partners of general contractor Tamarack Development, works on the AIA award-winning TandemDUO, a new housing project in Southeast Portland. The unique two-home building at the corner of Southeast Pine Street and 28th Avenue features a split-level design. Each unit has three bedrooms, an outdoor dining terrace, a gas fireplace, wood-slat walls, steel staircases and a two-car garage. Completion is scheduled for spring 2010 on the project that was designed by Works Partnership Architecture for DPM Development.
