A Moore Excavation crew replaces a water main as part of phase two of the steam and water loop project on the Portland State University campus. The project is designed to expand and connect university heating and cooling systems into centralized plants as well as add energy power backup for essential operations. Fortis Construction Inc. is the general contractor for the complex project that should be completed this fall.
