Oregon Pediatrics is a full-service pediatric practice offering comprehensive care for children and young adults at clinics in Clackamas, Tualatin and Northeast Portland. This project consists of tenant improvements of approximately 3,423 square feet at the Happy Valley Pediatric Clinic at 16144 S.E. Happy Valley Town Center Drive in Happy Valley.

The project scope includes concrete cutting and patching, metal framing, flashing, sheet metal, casework/countertops, interior woodwork, insulation, roofing/patching, glazing, door/frames/hardware, storefront, drywall/acoustical, flooring, carpet, VCT, sheet vinyl, painting, toilet accessories, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, electrical, fire alarm and other work.
