The first phase of a project to renovate the Triangle Pointe Building in Tigard is nearly finished. Extensive work to remodel the exterior and interior of the four-story office building at 13333 S.W. 68th Parkway has given the structure a new lobby, a new glass entrance, new elevators and new landscaping. General contractor S.D. Deacon Corp. of Oregon performed the work designed by architect Group Mackenzie.
