The Mid-Valley Independent Physicians Association includes approximately 530 physicians who practice primary and specialty care at Salem, Santiam, Silverton and West Valley hospitals. The organization has contracts with more than 10 insurance carriers to give care to more than 41,500 people.

This project consists of construction of the new Mid-Valley Independent Physicians Association mixed-use building at 2995 Ryan Drive in Salem. The goal is for the 22,000-square-foot facility to be certified LEED silver.

The project consists of 32 individual bid packages covering scopes of work including site construction, concrete, masonry, metals, wood and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, specialties, a conveying system, mechanical and electrical. To reduce project costs, material and labor donations are being solicited.

Time is a significant factor for this project; all bids shall be based on the ability to meet the schedule.
