Southwest Ninth Avenue between Yamhill and Taylor streets is being renovated as part of the Director Park construction. The street and adjacent sidewalk is being lined with the same granite as the park. The 44,000-square-foot park has a fountain, a caf茅, a glass canopy, outdoor seating and landscaping. Brant Construction is the general contractor renovating the street.
