The Bend-La Pine School District requests a proposal from qualified site development firms to provide survey and design services for La Pine campus site improvements.

The project site is at the La Pine school campus on Coach Road in La Pine. Specific site projects include playfield improvements and security fencing for La Pine Middle School, and stadium bleachers, tennis court renovations, security fencing, lighting upgrades and paving for La Pine High School.

The project is expected to require professional services, including site survey, grading design, pavement specifications, structural design and other consulting as proposed. The successful proposer will be required to coordinate weekly design meetings, progress estimates, bid schedules and construction management services, including weekly progress meetings and reports. The scope of the RFP is to include a comprehensive consultant to combine all projects into one bid package, providing construction and bidding drawings and specifications that meet the project budget.

Selection of firm and award is scheduled for Feb. 18, with the design period occurring Feb. 22 to March 26. The anticipated construction bid date is April 13, with a construction period of April 26 to Aug. 20.
