Admiral Apartments

The Admiral Apartments, a historic, 37-unit apartment building at the corner of Southwest Park Avenue and Taylor Street in downtown Portland, is getting a complete renovation. When work is completed in the spring, the five-story building will have studio and one-bedroom units for elderly and disabled residents. General contractor Walsh Construction Co. is performing the remodel designed by SERA Architects for REACH Community Development. The Portland Development Commission and Oregon Housing and Community Services are teaming up to pay for the project.
