Precision Countertops is part of the crew renovating the Walnut Park Apartments at 5272 N.E. Sixth Ave. in Portland’s King Neighborhood. The three-story, 38-unit apartment building, which serves elderly and disabled tenants, is undergoing extensive interior and exterior renovations. A separate concrete and wood-frame utility building is being built to the east of the apartment building. LMC Construction is the general contractor and Carleton Hart Architecture is the designer of the project for REACH Community Development.
