The Stakeholders Advisory Committee for the redevelopment of Memorial Coliseum is expected to finalize its recommendation for which concepts should be invited to the request for proposals process.

Five development teams will give in-depth presentations on their proposals for the redevelopment at a meeting Feb 23.

The five teams were selected by polling the SAC and include , , the , the and .

The SAC has identified seven full concepts for the redevelopment project. Those include the five invited to give presentations and two more: and . A full concept is defined as a concept that uses the entire building, has a team with development experience and has access to funding, according to Kia Selley, Portland’s central city manager.

“At the next meeting we are inviting five of the full concept teams to make a longer presentation,” Selley said. “All seven will participate in a question and answer session.”

The meeting will be held at 5 p.m. on Feb. 23 at the Portland Development Commission, 222 N.W. Fifth Ave. in Portland.
