Bid Date/Time: March 12, 2 p.m.

The project includes the occupied remodel of an approximately 5,500-square-foot clinic with an approximately 700-square-foot addition for Legacy Medical Group. Phase 1 is already under way, and the permit for Phase 2 is expected to come through this month. Work will begin immediately upon receipt of the permit.

Scopes of work open to bid are: site concrete and curbs, foundations, slabs, masonry dumpster enclosure, framing and finish carpentry, built-up roofing, three-tab roofing, and related sheet metal, gutters, downspouts, doors, frames, hardware, glazing, storefront systems, carpet, tile, painting and wall covering, wall protection and corner guards, fire extinguishers and toilet accessories.

A non-mandatory site walk is scheduled for Friday at 7 a.m. Subcontractors and suppliers interested in the project should meet at 1002 N. Boones Ferry Road in Woodburn.
