Sandhill Apartments

The Sandhill Apartments in Seaside are getting new exterior envelopes that include roofing, siding, decks, stairways and windows. Interior work at the five-building, 32-unit affordable housing complex at 150 S. Wahanna Road includes cabinetry, flooring, plumbing and electrical. Miscellaneous site work includes landscaping improvements and parking lot upgrades. LMC Construction is the general contractor and Carleton Hart Architecture is the designer of the renovation for the Northwest Oregon Housing Authority.
