This project consists of the construction of a new pump station and force main at 8345 S.E. Harney St. in Portland.

Force-main work includes trenching, bedding, backfill and restoration for the force main and gravity sewer outside the pump station easement, air release valve and connections to the Southeast 82nd Avenue bridge, connections to manholes, paving as necessary and required for pipeline trenches and other work.

Pump-station work includes construction of an 8-foot diameter wet well, sewage pumps and motors, valves, flow meter and biofilter vaults with connecting piping, generator shelter, on-site generator with an automatic transfer system and other work. The pump station building will have a restroom, and the roof of the building will be an eco-roof made of sod.

The work will be completed within 400 calendar days after receipt of the written Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost is $810,000.
