Hewitt Place Townhomes

The Hewitt Place Townhomes‘ 11 fourplex buildings in Troutdale are receiving cabinetry, flooring, plumbing and electrical upgrades as part of a renovation. Exterior work includes new siding, roofing, paint and windows. Each of the buildings is being remodeled in one week, with tenants being moved out of their homes on a Sunday and being moved back in the following Saturday. General contractor LMC Construction is in charge of the fast-track work designed by LRS Architects.
