This project consists of the general construction of a new, one-story, tilt-up warehouse and distribution facility on Tualatin-Sherwood Road near 115th Avenue in Tualatin. The plant will be used for manufacturing of 20-kilowatt wind turbines.

The building will be approximately 70,950 square feet. It will have a mezzanine and office space, and will feature architecturally exposed structural steel. This project includes road and signal improvements to Tualatin-Sherwood Road and 115th Avenue, design-build irrigation, utilities, equipment, specialties, furnishings, skylights, exterior improvements and other work. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work will be bidder-designed.

Bidders are to stipulate a substantial completion date for the entire project based upon issuance of a notice to proceed on April 15.
