This project involves the interior renovation of the existing lobby and exterior improvements at the auditorium of Thurston High School located at 333 N. 58th St. in Springfield.

Work includes earthwork, concrete, masonry, metal fabrication, glued-laminated construction, architectural wood casework, thermal and moisture protection, doors, resilient flooring, carpeting, signage, site furnishings, HVAC, electrical, decorative metal fences and gates, and other work. Alternates include tile carpeting, benches and landscaping.

The estimated date of notice to proceed is May 7. Substantial completion is scheduled for Aug. 13.
