The Gladys McCoy Building in downtown Portland is receiving an exterior face-lift. The 10-story structure at the corner of Southwest Stark Street and Fifth Avenue will be power-washed before new paint and window film are applied. First Cascade Corporation is the general contractor and Oh Planning+Design is the architect of the project for Multnomah County. Completion of the work is planned for early summer.
