The project will include 48 units of rental housing ranging in size from studios to four-bedroom units for low-income families and households with special needs. The project also includes common-area rooms, an office area and a commercial tenant space.

Work includes concrete, masonry, metal fabrications, trusses, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, residential appliances, site furnishings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other work.

Alternates include fire glazing at relites, fiberglass interior-unit entry doors, visual door signal system, walkway pavers, formaldehyde-free cabinetry, dual-flush toilets and other items.

The site has frequent bus service, providing access to employment opportunities, Clark Community College and Clark County Center for Public Health.
