This project consists of upgrades to finishes, materials, art, lighting, plumbing fixtures and other existing interior fixtures. Areas of work are 135 guest rooms, 14 two-bay suites, main lobby carpeting and furniture, furnishings and related equipment selections, elevator lobbies and cabs, guest-room corridors and a business center. All work will take place at the Spirit Mountain Lodge at 27100 S.W. Salmon River Highway in Grand Ronde.

The Grande Ronde Gaming Commission shall require security background screening for all successful bidders. This will apply to all individuals employed on the project site. Background screening shall consist of an orientation given by the gaming commission and completion of a screening application. Additionally, all construction personnel, including field crews, will be required to wear identification badges while on Spirit Mountain premises. Each person will be required to sign in and sign out at the security station each day.

Successful bidders shall consider any qualified applicants from the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde for employment, and will be required to prioritize hiring from the tribal labor pools. This will be closely monitored by the gaming commission and the general contractor.
