This project consists of the construction of Aurora City Park, at 21010 Main St. in Aurora.

Work includes demolition and new construction in an existing 7-acre neighborhood park. The base bid is new construction consisting of the installation of site grading, concrete pathways and retaining walls, a new picnic shelter with lighting, benches, bollards, bike racks, bleachers, players’ benches, trash receptacles, dog-waste stations, chain-link fencing, boulders, irrigation sleeving, and design-build electrical work.

Prior to bidding, the contractor shall visit the site and become fully acquainted with the areas in which work is to take place, including the limited working space, the limited access areas for the work, and the areas available for the delivery and storage of new material.

Upon issuance of the notice to proceed, the bidder agrees to complete the entire contract within 90 consecutive calendar days.
