The Providence Office Park II project at the corner of Northeast 44th Avenue and Halsey Street includes a 300,000-square-foot, six-story medical office building, a 211,000-square-foot parking structure and the creative outdoor park that will be open to the public. J.E. Dunn Construction is the general contractor and Jon R. Jurgens & Associates is the architect for the project.
