Columbia Villa house restored after fire

A fire late last summer started inside the Columbia Villa house in North Portland and caused extensive heat and smoke damage to the interior and exterior of the structure. General contractor ZNK Homes LLC, a two-year-old Beaverton company that performs both residential and commercial construction, is in charge of the renovation for the Housing Authority of Portland.
