The Colville Indian Housing Authority will receive bids for the construction of a new community center in Inchelium, Wash.

Work includes site work, water distribution, sanitary sewer, paving, landscaping, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, carpentry, wood trusses, resilient sheet and tile flooring, carpeting, toilet compartments and accessories, appliances, storm sewer, and other work.

This project is subject to the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act. Indian preference is applicable to all subcontractors.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10 a.m. on April 26 at the CIHA, 42 Convalescent Center Blvd. in Nespelem, Wash.
