New retail in Bowyer Marketplace

Two retail buildings are being constructed in Brush Prairie, Wash. The brick veneer buildings totaling 12,000 square feet are in the Bowyer Marketplace at the corner of Northeast 117th Avenue and 199th Street. The shells are scheduled to be finished and ready for tenant improvements by June 1. Robertson & Olson Construction is the general contractor and Tiland/Schmidt Architects is the designer of the project.
