The Silver Falls School District includes 240 square miles in Marion and Clackamas counties at the east edge of the Willamette Valley. Much of the district is in the western foothills of the Cascade Mountains. Silverton, in the center of the district, is approximately 14 miles from Silver Falls State Park.

This project consists of the remodel of the music building at the Schlador Street campus of Silverton High School, at 802 Schlador St. in Silverton. The work includes interior remodeling to create offices, a conference room, restrooms and other work for the district office space.

Work includes site work, concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal fabrication, finish carpentry, custom cabinets, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, carpet, resilient flooring, paints and coatings, mechanical, electrical and other work.
