The Housing Authority of Clackamas County owns, manages, maintains and provides services to 166 units of low-rent public housing known as “scattered sites.” These one-, two-, three-, and four-unit structures are scattered around the county. They consist primarily of units large enough to house families. This project includes remodeling of various components at seven dwellings in either Milwaukie or Oregon City.

Work includes building demolition, landscaping, concrete, metal fabrications, carpentry, insulation, roofing, siding, doors and windows, flooring, painting, toilet and bath and laundry accessories, casework, blinds and shades, mechanical, electrical and other work.

All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days of the effective date of the contract.
