This project consists of Bid Package No. 1 – all work, for the University of Oregon Duck Store in Eugene. The store is owned and governed by University of Oregon students, faculty and staff. Sales support the university.

Work includes eight bid items for one or more divisions of work. Bid Item No. 1 includes finish carpentry, architectural wood casework and work for a translucent resin panel system. It is restricted to selected bidders only, as is Bid Item No. 2, signage.

Other bid items include fire suppression, doors and hardware, gypsum boards, resilient flooring, HVAC, gypsum boards, wall and corner guards, mirrors, television brackets, shades, electrical, communications and other work.

The general contractor and owner are committed to work practices being followed that ensure the project can achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification. Subcontractors will provide supporting documentation for each applicable LEED credit being sought in their scope of work.

Because this is not a public works project, bidders must comply with requirements of prevailing wage law.
