This project consists of building improvements of 3,450 square feet of commercial space formerly occupied by a Thriftway store at 18907 Portland Ave. in Gladstone. A health clinic is being developed at the site.

Work includes interior renovations to the entry area doors, flooring, walls, plumbing, and the heating, ventilation and cooling systems. CSI divisions include selective structure demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel framing, carpentry and casework, thermal and moisture protection, flooring, carpeting, toilet/bath/laundry accessories, appliances, fire suppression, electrical, communications, and other work.

This project is financed through the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Capital Improvements Program and the Community Development Block Grant Program with money obtained from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
