The Gresham Armory at 544 N.E. Division St. is undergoing a renovation and receiving a 1,500-square-foot addition. The exterior of the original, 13,800-square-foot structure is getting a new roof and metal siding, while the interior is getting an extensive upgrade. The space is used for military drill work and also is rented out to the public. P&C Construction Co. is the general contractor and Barrentine Bates Lee is the architect for the project for the Oregon Military Department.
