This project consists of the construction of a 9,274-square-foot building with an 854-square-foot mezzanine at Oregon Coast Community College’s Central County Campus in Newport.

Construction will include concrete, brick masonry, concrete unit masonry, steel columns, glue-laminated beams, wood framing, plastic-laminate-faced wood cabinets, damp-proofing, waterproofing, thermal insulation, sheet metal flashing, asphalt shingle roofing, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, windows, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, toilet compartments, blinds, associated mechanical and electrical systems, and other work.

Final completion of the project is scheduled for July 1, 2011.
