Bid Date/Time: June 16, 2 p.m.

This project is to remodel the shell and core of an existing 77,000-square-foot, five-story building at 44 W. Broadway in Eugene.

Work consists of seismic upgrades, extensive exterior remodeling and interior remodeling. Work that already has been issued includes asbestos abatement, demolition, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

Demolition has begun, and work will continue through to substantial completion in July 2011.
